Tampa Bay Online Shriners hospital doctor arrested for DUI August 15, 2009 By TBO.com
Spencer C. Blanton, 45, of 6908 River Blvd. N., was arrested at 12:42 a.m. on Glen Harwell Road west of Plant City. The sheriff's office reported Blanton had a blood-alcohol content of 0.12 at the time of his arrest. The legal limit for intoxication is .08. Blanton was released at 10:40 a.m. Saturday from the Orient Road Jail on $500 bail. Shriners hospital is at 12502 N. Pine Drive. |
