It turns out that one juror was all that stood between the prosecution and the conviction of Former Governor Rod Blagojevich on charges that he tried to hawk President Obama's old Senate Seat.

Juror Erik Sarnello of Itasca said the jury was deadlocked 11-1 on the Senate seat count.

He said one woman who held out "just didn't see what we all saw."

"If there had been a smoking gun, it would have been much easier," Matsumoto said.
