A number of lawyers contest the right of Magistrates to be Freemasons

Following the decision of the Superior Council of Magistracy, a number of Romanian lawyers expressed their disagreement with the Magistrates' right to be part of Masonic organizations. They argue that this right of the Magistrates seriously violates the Constitution.
